There should be some way to specify a particular area in which an aircraft must be located for a notification to be sent. It would probably be best to use a rectangle rather than an arbitrary polygon for performance.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
