It would be helpful to have a way to send notifications by email rather than SMS. This would probably require adding a new database column for method. Using the phone column for a phone number or email address would need to be documented but would work fine.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
